Devashish Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth across our Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, strategic thinking capabilities, and a proven track record in B2B sales within construction, steel structures, or allied sectors.
This is a leadership role that requires both strategy and execution, including identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting brand growth through targeted marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors
- Manage the complete sales cycle : lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (architects, consultants, builders, corporates)
- Work closely with the design and project teams to provide technical inputs during client discussions
- Oversee the preparation of quotations, tenders, and client-specific documentation
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms
- Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and regular forecasts for leadership review
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business; MBA preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing in the infrastructure or PEB industryStrong network in industrial or commercial construction sectorsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrategic mindset with hands-on execution abilityProficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and a basic understanding of technical drawings is a plus
