Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant located in New Delhi. The Fashion Consultant will assist customers with their clothing and accessory choices, provide fashion advice, and ensure an exemplary level of customer service. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, managing on-floor inventory, driving sales, and creating an enjoyable shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting skills

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Sales experience and capability to meet sales targets

Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor

Ability to stay current with fashion trends and maintain a high knowledge of fashion products

Previous experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
