Anamika Ananth is a boutique fashion label rooted in indigenous textiles and crafts, creating contemporary pieces for a global audience. We are seeking a proactive and analytical operations professional to support our growing design house. As part of a close-knit team, you'll work directly with the founder / creative director, gaining firsthand experience in growing and scaling a purpose-driven business in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Artisan Management : Source fabrics and trims; maintain a database of vendors and artisans.

Supply Chain Coordination : Act as the primary liaison with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality control.

Inventory Oversight : Monitor and manage current inventory levels across product lines.

Merchandising & Retail Liaison : Coordinate with store representatives; support merchandising efforts.

Market & Product Research : Analyze viability for new product lines and expansion opportunities.

Performance Reporting : Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports with actionable insights.

Creative Support (Bonus) : Assist with shoot planning and social media coordination as needed.

Who You Are

1+ years of experience in operations; experience in fashion labels is a plus.

Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Textile Management or similar.

Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and Tally.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Skilled at managing multiple product lines and allocating resources effectively.

A strategic and analytical thinker who can turn broad visions into detailed plans.
