Qualification & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Food Technology or a related discipline.

5–6 years of experience in Food manufacturing

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage overall plant operations, including Production, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain functions.

Drive project execution for the setup and commissioning of new manufacturing facilities (Brownfield project).

Develop and implement production plans to achieve monthly and annual output targets efficiently.

Monitor production performance, yields, wastage, and operating costs to ensure optimal efficiency.

Ensure compliance with QMS, EHS, GMP, and statutory regulations at the plant level.

Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure maximum uptime and equipment efficiency.

Optimize resource utilization — manpower, machinery, and materials — across all production lines.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, in-process quality control, and safety standards on the shop floor.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives, cost control measures, and process optimization projects.

Prepare and present production reports and performance metrics to management regularly.
