Key Responsibilities :

Website Management & Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify website, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal user experience.
• Upload and update products, pricing, collections, and promotional banners regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, warehouse) for timely product launches and stock availability.
• Monitor website analytics, cart performance, and conversion rates to improve overall efficiency.

Content & Merchandising

Sales & Performance Monitoring

Customer Experience & Support

Support execution of digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, influencer collaborations, etc.) specific to the Shopify store.
