Key Responsibilities :

Website Management & Operations

Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify website, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal user experience.
Upload and update products, pricing, collections, and promotional banners regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, warehouse) for timely product launches and stock availability.
Monitor website analytics, cart performance, and conversion rates to improve overall efficiency.

Content & Merchandising

Create, organize, and maintain high-quality product content including images, descriptions, and attributes.

Implement effective product categorization and navigation for seamless browsing experience.

Work closely with marketing teams to align on product promotions and digital campaigns.

Sales & Performance Monitoring

Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and share insights on KPIs.

Analyze customer behavior, traffic sources, and campaign ROI to identify growth opportunities.

Optimize conversion funnels and recommend data-driven actions to enhance revenue.

Customer Experience & Support

Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure timely response and resolution of DTC order issues.

Monitor NPS / feedback to improve website and fulfillment experience.

Marketing & Campaign Coordination

Support execution of digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, influencer collaborations, etc.) specific to the Shopify store.
