Your key roles & responsibilities include :
- Support the Team as a Subject Matter Expert in the management of Payment related IT Projects
- Involve in Project Management which includes resolving User / System issues, managing vendors, resources and Project Schedules
- Facilitate in system function and workflow design
- Gather User and Business requirements and perform gap analysis
- Establish and introduce new work procedures and / or workarounds
- Provide training to local and overseas users
- Provide support in User Acceptance Testing
- Conduct study to analyze system effectiveness
- Liaise with End Users, Vendors and Head Office in migration and other project tasks
- Assist in the preparation of System and Operation manuals
- Prepare reports to Management and Head Office if required
What you should have :
At least 5-8 years of Back-Office in Payment areaPrior experiences in the implementation of Package System (Finastra) will be advantageousExperience in handling the full payment operation process, including fee / charge application, reconciliation, exception handling, and settlement processes etc.Experience in collecting business requirements and standardizing workflow across different entitiesA meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, precise, and extensive requirement documentationAt least 3 year of hands-on experience in creating both BRD and FRDExperience in data mapping, data cleansing, providing migration support and data reconciliationA Bachelor’s Degree preferably majoring in Science or ITStrong analytical, problem- solving and decision making skillsStrong team player preferably with experience in leading a TeamSound knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM)Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skillsWillingness to undertake travel within the APAC regionKnowledge in MS Access / RPA Programming will be advantageousFollowing Academic Experience / Certificates will be advantageousIIBAEntry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA)Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)Agile Analysis Certification (AAC)PMIProfessional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)BCSFoundation Certificate in Business AnalysisDiploma of Business Analysis
