Role Overview :

Bridge business and tech to deliver product features. Translate requirements into clear user stories / acceptance criteria, support UX / UI, collaborate with Dev / QA, and drive backlog grooming and sprint execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather / analyze / validate requirements; write functional specs, user stories & ACs
• Conduct gap / impact / feasibility studies; facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Partner with UX / UI to ensure intuitive designs; support Dev / QA during build & UAT
• Maintain documentation (requirements, processes, workflows)
• Track product performance, collect feedback, and identify improvement areas
• Help define KPIs / metrics and support backlog & Qualifications :
• Bachelor's in Business / CS / IS or related
• 1-3 yrs BA experience in product / software environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile; tools : Jira, Confluence (Visio / Miro a plus)
• Ability to craft clear user stories / use cases / process flows; strong communication & stakeholder management
• Nice to have : UX / UI familiarity; data skills (Excel / SQL / Tableau)
