Job description

Job Title : Business Analyst.

Job Location : HO, Chennai.

Job Division : Business Excellence.

Reports to : Chief Transformational Officer.

Description :

To lead the strategic planning exercise with 3-5 year plans and business objectives.
To support and ensure regular MIS from Finance, Procurement, HR, QEHS, Legal, etc.
To lead the review cadence and ensure follow-up actions.
To analyse management reports and come up with key risks and trends.
To engage with external stakeholders like consultants, coaches, etc.

Requirements : .

Currently a part of Business Excellence function of a large organization.

Well versed in renewable energy industry with specific experience in managing Solar & Wind portfolio.

Minimum of 8 years of experience.

Masters Degree in a relevant field.
