Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality network support to enterprise customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex routing, switching, wireless, and security problems across LAN and WAN environments
• Work closely with engineering teams to escalate and document product issues, ensuring continuous improvement
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base content
• Collaborate with peers to refine internal processes and drive technical excellence across the team
