Job Title : Network Support Engineer

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

About the Opportunity :

You’ll support enterprise customers running complex, high-performance network environments while working with proprietary hardware and software. This role offers exposure across Routing, Switching, Wireless, DNS Security, VPN, and SD-WAN , providing the chance to work at the forefront of modern network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver high-quality network support to enterprise customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex routing, switching, wireless, and security problems across LAN and WAN environments
  • Work closely with engineering teams to escalate and document product issues, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base content
  • Collaborate with peers to refine internal processes and drive technical excellence across the team

Desirable Certifications :

  • Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) or Juniper (JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP) in Routing & Switching or Wireless certifications

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • Excellent English communication skills. Clear, respectful, and proactive communication is not optional - it is fundamental to our client and their customer relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of Routing, Switching, and Wireless (LAN / WAN)
  • Ability to troubleshoot, configure, and manage issues across all layers 1–4.
  • Proven troubleshooting experience in large-scale enterprise environments
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance settings
