Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager with a strong background in banking or financial services who can leverage existing client relationships and onboard new investors. The ideal candidate should possess an entrepreneurial mindset, in-depth knowledge of investment products, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to increase portfolio size and profitability.
Onboard new clients through personal networks, referrals, and business development efforts.
Assess clients’ financial goals and risk appetite to recommend suitable investment plans.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through prompt communication and proactive service.
Stay updated on market trends, mutual funds, insurance, and equity products to guide clients effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams for investment execution, documentation, and compliance.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets in terms of client acquisition and revenue.
Organize client meetings, webinars, or portfolio review sessions to strengthen engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field (MBA / CFP preferred).
2–5 years of experience in banking, investment advisory, or wealth management.
Proven ability to retain and migrate existing client portfolios.
Excellent understanding of financial products – Mutual Funds, Bonds, Insurance, PMS, etc.
Strong communication, presentation, and client-servicing skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Must possess a strong personal client network that can be leveraged immediately.
