Job Description :
- Customer Complaints Management : Handle and resolve customer complaints, focusing on quick and efficient issue resolution
- Warranty Management : Oversee warranty issues and ensure they are addressed within the specified time frame
- Issue Analysis : Analyze issues at the customer line and provide in-depth 8D reports and analysis reports
- Customer Portal Updates : Responsible for updating the customer portal for CAPA, 4M changes, PPAP, layout changes, and PDI documentation
- Customer Satisfaction Maximization : Focus on maximizing customer satisfaction by addressing issues proactively
- Customer Audit Improvement : Work on improving customer audits to meet quality and compliance standards
