Quality Assurance Lead - AEM Projects

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of QA engineers to ensure the quality of AEM implementations
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for AEM projects, including functional, regression, and performance testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure that QA processes meet project timelines
• Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Mentor and coach team members on best practices for QA testing and automation
• Identify and escalate quality issues to project stakeholders in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in QA testing for AEM :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7-11 years of experience in QA testing, with at least 3 years of experience in AEM projects
• Strong knowledge of AEM testing tools and methodologies
• Experience leading a team of QA engineers in an Agile environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional certifications in QA testing and AEM are a plus.
