What We’re Looking For :
✅ Minimum 2+ years of experience as Assistant Manager – Quality (BPO / International Travel process preferred)
✅ Strong understanding of quality frameworks, audits & compliance
✅ Excellent people management & stakeholder management skills
✅ Analytical mindset with proven track record of driving quality metrics
✅ Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
️ Key Responsibilities :
Lead & manage Quality function for the International Travel process
Ensure process excellence through calibration, RCA & audits
Partner with operations to drive continuous improvement
Handle client interactions & ensure seamless compliance
Manage & mentor Quality Analysts to deliver results
