Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and versatile Asst. Sales Manager to join our team in Bengaluru . This is a full-time, on-site role that blends sales, customer engagement, and technical consultation . The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, prepare proposals, providing tailored solutions in BMS & ELV systems , and supporting the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for BMS, FAS, PAS, CCTV, ACS, and other ELV solutions .
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand market presence.
- Provide technical consultation and support to customers during the sales cycle.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and solution presentations .
- Collaborate with internal engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure project success.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction .
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
3–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales (preferably in BMS / ELV systems).Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.For technical candidates : experience in system design, estimation, or pre-sales of BMS / ELV solutions.Sales Engineering and Sales skillsTechnical Support and Customer Service skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills .Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or proven sales / business development experience in the ELV industry.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsWillingness to travel for client visits and project requirements.What We Offer
