Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team, specializing in lead generation and conversion within the healthcare industry. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting B2C leads into potential customers. Your role will primarily booking consultations from the given lead set and effectively converting leads to generate revenue after consultation. This is a on-site position with a standard work schedule of 11 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM (Flexible) from Weekends Working, with Thursday off.
Total Compensation : ₹4,80,000 Per Annum (2.4 LPA Fixed + 2.4 LPA Variable)
Work Offs : Thursday (Sat & Sun Working)
Location : Onsite (Valasaravakkam, Chennai)
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with B2C hot leads through various communication channels, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Book appointments by effectively communicating the benefits and understanding the requirement.
- Nurture the leads from appointment booked to consulted and eventually convert the leads to appropriate treatments.
- You'll responsible for consultation and closure process , thereby contributing to revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the doctors and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion pitches.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and conversions using CRM software .
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably within the food industry.Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques, with a focus on consultative selling.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential customers.Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.Skills Required
