The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of HR should have :
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in HR management
- 8-13 years of experience only
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in managing recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
