• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of HR should have :

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in HR management
• 8-13 years of experience only
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in managing recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
