Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Mohali. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence. Daily tasks include developing and executing social media strategies, creating a content plan, optimizing social media channels, and monitoring and analyzing performance metrics. Additionally, the role involves communicating with followers, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with the creative team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
• Experience in the creative or branding industry is beneficial
