We specialize in Sales Performance Management (SPM) , empowering global enterprises to unlock growth through innovative compensation solutions. Our clients range from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies across the US, UK, and Canada.

🔍 Role Overview

As a Varicent Consultant, you’ll lead full-cycle implementations — from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support. You’ll work across key Varicent modules, handle data imports, create reports, design workflows, and collaborate with both internal teams and international clients.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Varicent solution implementations
• Configure modules : Data Import, Calculations, Reporting, Web Forms, Workflow
• Conduct testing (unit, QA, UAT)
• Support production deployment and issue resolution
• Prepare technical documentation
• Communicate with global clients
