We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing tailored software solutions and working closely with clients to understand their needs.

Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design optimal solutions.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
Provide post-sales support and training to clients.
Develop documentation and user guides for solutions provided.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis.

Skills and Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in a solution consulting or technical sales role.

Strong knowledge of software solutions and technology stacks.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Experience with CRM software and project management tools.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
