Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Lithium Battery and Automobile sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for targeting major clients, generating and converting leads, and managing a sales team. This role involves building strong relationships with OEMs and key stakeholders, promoting innovative solutions, and ensuring business goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Target Major Clients : Identify and approach key clients, including large OEMs and high-value companies in the Lithium Battery and Automobile sectors.
- Lead Generation & Conversion : Actively generate leads through visits, networking, and cold calling. Manage the sales cycle end-to-end, ensuring high conversion rates and securing long-term partnerships.
- Marketing & Product Promotion : Collaborate with marketing teams to promote offerings, communicate value propositions, and differentiate solutions in the market.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team by setting clear targets, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
- Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers to secure repeat business and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Market Research & Strategy : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Reporting & Analytics : Track and report sales performance, pipeline updates, and market insights to senior management.
Key Requirements
Experience : Minimum 10 years in business development / sales, with proven expertise in lead generation, sales conversions, and team management.Industry Exposure : Strong background in Lithium Battery or Automobile industries. Experience with OEMs and large-scale contract negotiations is highly desirable.Educational Qualification : B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or related field.Skills :Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers.Proficiency in managing complete sales cycles.Proven leadership and team management capabilities.Deep understanding of Indian market dynamics and business practices.Strategic thinker with self-motivation and target orientation.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.Willingness to travel extensively for client visits, networking, and events.What We Offer
