Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant located in Mumbai. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for organizing and leading guided tours, providing exceptional customer service, and offering travel consulting services to clients. Day-to-day tasks include planning and customizing travel itineraries, coordinating tour logistics, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for all travelers. The role also involves handling bookings, processing payments, and resolving any travel-related issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours and Travel Consulting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
