What success looks like in this role :

• Provides compensation and benefits support for assigned associate group(s) and / or geographic location(s).
• Supports ongoing efforts to :

o Benchmark compensation, benefits and wellbeing programs versus the market,

o Monitor program impact in terms of associate benefit, perceived value, retention and related metrics,

o Monitor insurance / coverage changes and assess their impact on company plans,

o Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and

o Manage costs.

You will be successful in this role if you have :

BA / BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
