We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Compensation Operations Specialist
to support the smooth execution and governance of
Compensation and Equity programs . This role is responsible for managing compensation processes, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating effectively with HR and business stakeholders to enable seamless reward operations.
Key Responsibilities
annual and periodic compensation cycles
(Merit, Performance Pay, Promotions).
compensation data, pay ranges, and job structures
within the HRMS.
dashboards, reports, and analytics
to support business and leadership decisions.
Equity-related programs
and administer activities within the Equity management tool.
compliance
with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness.
HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders
to ensure smooth and accurate compensation operations.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Business, HR, Finance, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience
in Compensation, Rewards, or HR Operations.
analytical and Excel skills ; experience with
HRMS or Compensation systems
(e.g., SuccessFactors) preferred.
