Sales Generation :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas consistently.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.

Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Product Knowledge :

  • Develop a strong understanding of company products or services.
  • Effectively present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.
  • Stay informed about competitors offerings and market trends.
  • Sales Process Management :

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with clients.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Reporting and Documentation :

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in CRM software.
  • Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.
  • Collaboration :

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of products / services.
