Key Responsibilities

As the Sales & Marketing lead for the Pune region, your core duties will include :

• Client Pitching & Acquisition in ELEVATOR INDUSTRY IN PUNE : Proactively identify and engage potential B2B clients, including real estate developers, architects, consultants, and corporate clients, to generate new business opportunities for elevator installations and maintenance contracts.
• Strategic Presentation : Develop and deliver high-impact, persuasive sales presentations and technical demonstrations, clearly articulating the value proposition of Navkar Metal India to key decision-makers.
• Sales Closing & Negotiation : Expertly manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and negotiation through contract finalization and deal closure, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Market Analysis : Conduct detailed market research to understand the competitive landscape, pricing trends, and customer needs specific to the Pune market.
• Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Marketing Strategy : Collaborate with the leadership team to execute local marketing initiatives and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and lead generation in the designated territory.
