Position Overview
We are seeking an extraordinary Engineering Manager to join as part of the early engineering leadership team. This role is central to architecting and building the core platform that will define the company’s growth & customer experience.
You will :
Architect and build the core technology platform from scratch.
Lead AI-first bets where technology meets scale and customer personalization.
Collaborate directly with the founding team to shape product, engineering vision, and company culture.
Play a defining role in building technology that changes lives for India’s 50+ community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end technology roadmap for the venture.
Architect scalable, secure, and resilient systems for consumer engagement.
Build and mentor early-stage engineering team, setting high standards of delivery.
Drive collaboration across product, design, and business functions.
Ensure platform scalability for both digital and experiential touchpoints.
Enable integrations across community, travel, care, and lifestyle verticals.
Leverage AI / ML for personalization, recommendation engines, and user experience.
Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in software engineering roles.
Proven track record of building scalable consumer internet or D2C platforms.
Strong expertise in system architecture, cloud platforms, and modern frameworks.
Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership.
Prior experience in early-stage / startup environments is highly valued.
