We want a Senior Engineering Manager who thrives as a technical leader first, with
the ability to guide, mentor, and manage a team of 8- 10 engineers.
You'll spend a significant portion of your time designing and coding, while also driving
execution, setting best practices, and developing your team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own end-to-end architecture of critical systems : multi-tenant SaaS workflows, APIs,
and distributed services.
Lead and mentor a team of ~8- 10 engineers, balancing technical depth with peoplegrowth.
Remain hands-on writing high-quality code, reviewing PRs, and solving hardengineering problems.
Collaborate with AI / ML engineers to integrate LLM-powered modules (documentintelligence, credit analysis, borrower / lender agents) into production systems.
Drive engineering excellence : code quality, testing, CI / CD, observability, and faulttolerance.
Scale systems to support high-throughput financial workflows with zero downtime.Act as a multiplier, upskill engineers, instill best practices, and raise the overalltechnical bar.
Desired Skills & Experience :
8- 10 years of software engineering experience, including leading small-to-mid sizedteams (6- 12 engineers).
Exceptional coding and architecture skills in Java (Spring Boot); experience withPython / Go a plus.
Strong background in distributed systems, event-driven architectures(Kafka / Kinesis), and cloud-native platforms (AWS).
Skilled in system design, database design (SQL + NoSQL), and building resilient,multi-tenant SaaS systems.
Exposure to LLM / AI integrations, vector databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone,Weaviate), or eagerness to learn quickly.
Proven ability to mentor engineers and set technical direction while staying deeplyhands-on.
