Job descriptionB.Tech / B.E in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java and full stack development. Prior experience in leading / managing engineering teams (5 7 years preferred). Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions. Translate business and product requirements into conceptual, logical, and technical designs. Ensure best practices in coding, testing, automation, and continuous delivery. Collaborate with Product Managers and Scrum Masters to prioritize and deliver sprint goals. Actively contribute to development using Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular, and AWS cloud platforms . Architect and develop both front-end (UI / UX) and back-end applications with seamless integration. Ensure application responsiveness, performance optimization, and scalability. Guide and mentor associates, foster collaboration, and conduct regular performance reviews. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to propose innovative solutions. Participate in all phases of the SDLC within an Agile framework. Support deployment, testing, and maintenance of applications across environments. Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices . Frontend experience in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap / Material UI . Solid understanding of SQL, XML, JDBC, JSON, and distributed system architectures . Familiarity with UI / UX design principles, responsive / adaptive design. Proficiency in development tools (IDEs, build frameworks, Git, Jira, ALM tools). Knowledge of design patterns, data structures, problem-solving, and algorithms . Strong verbal / written communication, project management, and collaboration skills. Basic understanding of Unix / Shell scripting. Experience in Energy & Utilities domain . AWS cloud-native application development. PMP or Agile certifications.
