Job description

Job Title : Marketing Manager

Qualification / Experience :

  • MBA in Marketing / Food Technology or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or Agri-product marketing.
  • Experience in handling B2B clients such as juice manufacturers, ice cream units, and similar industries preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for the South Zone.
  • Identify and expand business opportunities across key markets.
  • Coordinate with production plants for timely supply and quality assurance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and distributors.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, product promotions, and branding activities in the region.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to management.

    • Salary Range : ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Incentives

    Target Suggestion : ₹20–25 lakh sales per month

    Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month

    Work Location : In person
