Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Plant HR Manager to lead all human resource functions at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manpower planning , employee relations , compliance , and performance management , while also promoting a safe and engaging work environment . This role is key to aligning HR strategy with operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment
- Drive plant manpower planning in alignment with production targets
- Ensure timely recruitment of staff, workers, and contract labor
- Oversee smooth implementation of onboarding and induction programs
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintain a positive industrial relations (IR) climate with zero disruptionsDesign and implement employee welfare and engagement initiativesLiaise with union / worker representatives as needed3. Compliance & Statutory Management
Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws (e.g., ESIC, PF, Factory Act, etc.)Manage all statutory returns , inspections , and audits in a timely manner4. Training & Development
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for staff and workersImplement technical , behavioral , and statutory training programsEnsure a minimum of 1 man-day of training per employee per month5. Performance Management
Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) for staff and workersFacilitate goal setting , mid-year reviews , and final appraisals6. Time Office & Attendance
Oversee daily operations of attendance, leave , and payroll coordinationEnsure accurate shift scheduling and data input for payroll processing7. HR MIS & Reporting
Maintain real-time HR dashboards for attrition, recruitment, training, absenteeism, etc.Submit monthly HR reports to the corporate office8. Health, Safety & Welfare
Promote safety culture in collaboration with EHS and Plant HeadEnsure availability and proper use of PPE , first aid kits , and safety toolsWhat We Offer
