Head - Offline Marketing & Planning :
- Design and own the offline marketing strategy PAN India, aligned with growth, expansion, and business goals.
- Identify high-ROI channels ATL, BTL, on-ground activations, local partnerships, housing societies, RWAs, and community engagement.
- Develop playbooks for city launches and hyperlocal campaigns.
Execution & Operations :
Drive brand visibility campaigns across cities print, OOH, transit, housing societies, kiosks, and local events.Lead city marketing teams / agencies for seamless execution and brand consistency.Ensure data-backed campaign planning, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing spend.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership :
Work closely with Central Growth, CX, Ops, and Supply teams to ensure marketing supports business objectives.Build strong partnerships with local vendors, societies, builders, and communities for sustained visibility.Coordinate with Product and Design teams to create on-ground collaterals and digital integrations.Budgeting & Governance :
Own and manage offline marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.Track ROI, brand impact, and lead conversions from each activation.Build a scalable and measurable marketing ops framework.What You Bring :
10 to 12 years of offline / field marketing experience, ideally from consumer tech, FMCG, Q-commerce, or mobility sectors.Strong experience in city-level activations, launches, and community marketing.Ability to build and lead distributed city marketing teams.Comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, and rapid scaling environments.Strong analytical mindset and ability to measure brand impact beyond vanity metrics.Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.Startup DNA- hustle, ownership, and bias for action.Why Pronto :
