Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, monitoring project progress, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. You will act as a central point of communication between different stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes and maintain project documentation to ensure seamless project workflow.

Qualifications

• Project coordination skills, including the ability to manage timelines, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Effective communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail to identify and mitigate risks during project execution
• Must know about data collection projects
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Adaptability, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
• Experience in technology or AI / ML-related projects is a strong plus
• Previous experience working in a remote environment is preferred
