Job descriptionStrong expertise in BizTalk Administration , including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Proven experience handling tickets and resolving BizTalk server issues in a timely manner. Ability to provide on-call support and participate in a rotating support schedule. Experience applying patches, updates, and upgrades to ensure server security and stability. Deep understanding of BizTalk architecture , components, and integrations with other systems. Skilled in monitoring and performance optimization of BizTalk environments. Familiarity with disaster recovery , backup, and restore strategies. Proficient in Microsoft technologies — Windows Server, SQL Server, and Active Directory. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Work on enterprise-grade integration solutions that drive business-critical operations. Collaborate with talented professionals across technology and business domains. 🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of BizTalk servers and related infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimization solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy BizTalk solutions.
- Document installation procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
- Provide training and support to end users on BizTalk functionalities and best practices.
