- Lead performance marketing across paid search, social, retargeting, and display to deliver predictable ROI.
- Build and scale SEO as a growth lever, driving consistent inbound pipeline through high-intent content and site optimization.
- Oversee the website as a growth asset ensure its optimized for conversion, performance, and user experience.
- Run marketing operations own the marketing tech stack, lead tracking, attribution, and data integrity across systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure strong lead quality, campaign alignment, and tight feedback loops.
- Build, lead, and mentor a small, high-performing team across paid, organic, and ops functions.

What we are looking for? :
