Job Title : Data Governance Architect - IDMC

Work Location : Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, Noida, Hyderabad.

Work Experience : 10 years & Above

Job Responsibilities :

• Design and implement enterprise-wide Data Governance frameworks, policies, and standards to align with regulatory and business requirements.
• Lead the identification, assessment, and remediation of data quality issues across multiple systems and domains.
• Champion data stewardship initiatives and define roles and responsibilities to ensure data ownership, accountability, and traceability.
• Utilize and manage Data Governance tools including :
• Informatica IDMC (Cloud Data Governance & Catalog, Data Quality, CDI / CDQ)
• Enable data cataloging, lineage, metadata management, and quality profiling to enhance data transparency and usability across the organization.
• Conduct regular data governance and compliance audits, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders and leadership.
• Deliver training sessions and awareness programs for business and IT teams on governance standards, stewardship roles, and data quality best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and implement policies to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with data architects, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to embed governance across the data lifecycle.
