We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (SAP Fieldglass) , a crucial role within the organization, responsible for acting as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective SAP Fieldglass solutions.

This role involves direct interaction with clients, requirement elicitation, proposing functional solutions, supporting acceptance testing, and managing conflicts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development life cycle (SDLC) projects, documentation, and requirements management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between development teams and business partners
• Work directly with client / business stakeholders for requirements elicitation
• Propose feasible functional solutions to meet business needs
• Support acceptance testing and secure client buy-in
• Handle conflicts and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
• Collaborate with development stakeholders for requirements feasibility and elaboration
• Manage ambiguity resolution and provide clarifications
• Review test scenarios and test results
• Document software system requirements and manage requirements with end-to-end traceability
• Utilize project / change management tools such as Jira, Rally ALM, TFS, or ServiceNow
• Implement user stories and acceptance criteria using the Gherkin BDD approach
• Have experience with Agile frameworks including SCRUM, Kanban, or SAFe
• Be knowledgeable in Fieldglass modules like Contingent, Assignment, Services, or Profile worker
• Participate in Fieldglass projects such as implementation, upgrade, rollout, support, or testing
• Collect and document requirements using Azure DevOps or Jira tools
• Work on Fieldglass configurations if required
• Interact with business teams, development teams, and cross-functional teams
