The Role We're seeking a hungry Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive growth for our digital services portfolio including SEO, SEM, CRM implementation, and digital marketing projects. You'll be hunting new opportunities, not waiting for them to come to you.
SALARY : 4 - 5 LPA INR. + Bonus
Key Responsibilities :
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for our digital services
Generate qualified leads through multiple channels - cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
Sell our full suite of services : Digital Marketing, CRM Implementation, SEO / SEM, Web Development, Branding
Develop strategic relationships with Australian SMB decision-makers
Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly revenue targets
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers
Maintain CRM data and provide accurate sales forecasting
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to position our solutions effectively
What We're Looking For :
Essential :
3+ years proven B2B sales experience in digital marketing / agency environment
Track record of selling SEO, SEM, CRM, or digital marketing services
Experience generating and converting leads independently
Excellent English communication (written and verbal) - you'll be dealing with Australian clients
Comfortable with cold calling and rejection - persistence is key
Self-starter who doesn't wait for instructions
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
Ability to work Australian business hours when needed
Highly Valued :
Experience selling to Australian / Western markets
Understanding of SMB challenges and digital transformation needs
Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
Background in digital marketing implementation
Existing network in target industries
