Unthinkable Solutions is looking for an accomplished and highly driven Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will take ownership of identifying strategic opportunities, driving end-to-end sales cycles, and expanding our footprint in the IT services market.
We're seeking someone who is not only excellent at relationship building and solution selling but also understands the nuances of global IT services, digital transformation, and enterprise technology landscapes.
Job Location- Gurgaon
Shift Timings - 1 PM - 11PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through research, networking, outbound outreach, and industry channels.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle-from prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal creation, and negotiation, to closure.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, Directors, and other key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Work closely with delivery, marketing, and pre-sales teams to ensure alignment on solutions, proposals, and client expectations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technology needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting of pipelines, forecasts, and activities through CRM and sales tools.
Must Have :
8+ years of experience in International Business Development / Sales within the IT services or technology consulting industry.Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and client acquisition targets.Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-level sales cycles and pitch complex IT services solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.(ref : iimjobs.com)
