1. Server Management :

Installing, configuring, and maintaining server hardware and software, including operating systems like Windows Server, Linux, and macOS. Deep understanding of server hardware, operating systems, networking protocols, virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

2. Network Configuration :

Managing network settings, including DNS, DHCP, and WINS, to ensure smooth communication between servers and other network devices such as firewalls, switches, routers and Manage ISP leased lines

3. Performance Optimization :

Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.

4. Troubleshooting and Support :

Diagnosing and resolving server-related issues, including hardware failures, software conflicts, and security vulnerabilities.

5. Documentation :

Creating and maintaining documentation for server configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. And Manage asset inventory.

6. Vendor management

7. Having knowledge about Okta, Crowdstrike and Google management
