About the Role :

We are looking for a Networking Engineer (L1 / L2)  to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in  switching, routing, SD-WAN , and other enterprise networking solutions. You will be responsible for supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting customer networks to ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide  L1 / L2 level support  for network operations across switching, routing, firewall, and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents within SLA timelines.
  • Assist in  network configuration, deployment, and upgrades  for customer environments.
  • Work on  LAN / WAN, VPN, wireless networks, and data center connectivity .
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and OEMs for escalations and complex issue resolution.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, network diagrams, and incident reports.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Strong knowledge of  switching and routing protocols  (STP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with  SD-WAN solutions  (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, or equivalent).
  • Exposure to firewalls, VPNs, and network security concepts.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting using tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as  CCNA / CCNP / NSE / equivalent  will be an added advantage.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in network support and implementation.
