Experience : - 5-8 Years of Experience in Network Operations & Implementation

Job Description

  • Work on complex tasks or issues on routing, switching, load balancer, firewall, wireless and able to support multi-vendor

products

  • Manage complex WAN network environments including Internet, Point-to-Point, MPLS, VPNs and SDWAN ensuring secure

    • and reliable network connectivity

  • Monitor and analyse network performance metrics using monitoring, logging and other analytical tools.
  • EƯective execution of network project tasks
  • Implement Wired or Wireless Network architectures ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Planning and Performing network infrastructure assessment
  • Implementation of Network monitoring tools and authentication tools.
  • Implementation of network best practices, hardening of network devices.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of Network architectures, Operational processes, and Configurations.
  • Standardize and update network documents and reports
  • Document Network HLD / LLD documents
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration, while working with

    • cross-functional teams.

  • Able to identify automation opportunities and plan to implement

    • Mandatory Leaf Skills (For Hiring)

  • Routing (BGP / OSPF, HSRP)
  • Switching (Stacking, STP, Trunking, VLANs)
  • Wireless (Configuration, Deployment, monitoring & Troubleshooting)
  • WAN technologies operations (MPLS / SDWAN)
  • Conceptual knowledge on 3 Tier Architecture / Spine and Leaf architecture
  • Conceptual Knowledge in Python / Ansible scripting

    • Mandatory Certification (For Hiring)

  • CCNA / Equivalent certification is mandatory
  • ITIL Foundation certification is Mandatory

    • Upskilling Tracks

    Track1 – Operations – (Train on any two skills)

  • Routing & Switching - Multicast & QOS configuration
  • Public Cloud – Azure / AWS Network Operations
  • Wireless – Advanced network operations (Wireless Surveys, Upgrades)
  • Datacentre – SDN / On-Prem DC Network Operations.
  • Firewall – Remote access VPN and Site to Site VPNs.
  • SDWAN – Cisco / Fortinet / Aruba SDWAN Operations

    • Track2 – Implementation – Train on any two skills

  • SDWAN – Cisco / Fortinet / Aruba SDWAN Network Implementation.
  • Software Defined Networking implementation
  • Load Balancers – F5 / NetScaler Implementation
  • Firewalls – Fortinet / Paloalto / Cisco FW implementations
  • Network Access Control – DNAC / Clear-Pass Implementation

    • Track3 – Automation (Train on any two skills)

  • Operational tasks automation using Python or Ansible
  • Network Infrastructure integration using APIs
  • Network Infrastructure as a code using Python / Ansible.

    • Useful Certifications (Optional)

  • CCNP / Equivalent certification
  • Python / Ansible certification
