[Urgent] Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily global HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with US labor laws. The role involves implementing HR strategies that align with WadiTek's business goals, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring a positive workplace environment. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to employees and management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition
• This role is requires to work US eastern standard time
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices
• Experience in compliance with US labor laws and regulations
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in HR management for 5 years
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office
• Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus
