Role : Manager - Sales (Interiors)

Location : Hyderabad - Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive end-to-end sales for interior solutions (residential / commercial projects) in Hyderabad region
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with architects, builders, corporates, and high-net-worth clients
- Handle B2B & B2C sales cycles including lead generation, negotiation, closure, and collections
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives
- Collaborate with design, project execution, and procurement teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to create effective sales strategies
- Manage and mentor sales executives / team members, driving performance and productivity
Key Skills & Competencies :
