About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a solid understanding of product development (preferably in the aviation industry).

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong business understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes.

Mode : In-office preferred (Noida), Remote can be considered.

Timings : 9 : 30 AM 6 : 30 PM IST.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and Manage the Product Backlog.
• Create and maintain a clear list of product features and improvements (backlog).
• Prioritize tasks based on business goals and user needs.
• Make sure all items are detailed and ready for the development team to work on.
• Communicate the Product Vision.
• Clearly explain the products purpose, goals, and direction to the team and stakeholders.
• Ensure everyone understands what the product aims to achieve and why it matters.
• Manage Stakeholders.
• Be the main link between the business, customers, and development team.
• Gather feedback, understand priorities, and balance expectations across all stakeholders.
• Ensure Value Delivery.
• Make sure each development sprint delivers real value to the business and end users.
• Review progress, collect feedback, and adjust priorities as needed to keep the product on track.
