About the Role

Vaisesika is seeking an experienced

Senior Technical Product Owner

with strong expertise in

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

to lead digital experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, a strong understanding of content management systems, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

You will drive the roadmap, define requirements, and collaborate closely with development, UX, and business teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the

AEM product roadmap , ensuring alignment with business and digital transformation goals.

Translate business requirements into

technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria .

Collaborate with

engineering, UX, marketing, and content teams

to deliver AEM-based solutions.

Prioritize and manage the

product backlog , ensuring clear communication of priorities to development teams.

Guide the implementation of

AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations .

Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, measure success, and continuously improve the platform.

Apply

Agile methodologies

(Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) for effective delivery and iteration.

Stay updated on

Adobe Experience Cloud

capabilities and recommend enhancements for improved user experience and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

8–15 years

of overall experience, with at least

4+ years as a Product Owner

in AEM or related CMS platforms.

Strong technical understanding of

Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Workflows)

and related Adobe tools.

Familiarity with

AEM architecture, APIs, and integrations

(Adobe Target, Analytics, Campaign, etc.).

Solid grasp of

front-end technologies

(HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and

cloud platforms

(Adobe Cloud, AWS, Azure).

Experience with

Agile methodologies

and tools like

Jira, Confluence .

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to

bridge business needs with technical implementation .

Preferred Experience

Background in

web development, digital marketing, or content management systems .

Experience in

multi-site / multi-language AEM implementations .

Domain experience in

eCommerce, Life Sciences, or Enterprise platforms .
