Key Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers to translate strategic goals into actionable technical requirements.
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Author and refine user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria with a focus on clarity, feasibility, and business impact.
Visualize workflows and system interactions using flowcharts, diagrams, and other modeling tools to support engineering understanding.
Maintain a prioritized backlog, ensuring alignment with roadmap objectives and technical dependencies.
Serve as a liaison between engineering and business teams, helping to interpret technical discussions and communicate implications to non-technical stakeholders.
Track and report on technical KPIs, release readiness, and delivery timelines.
Champion user experience and operational efficiency, especially in areas like keyword search, category ranking, and product data tooling.
Support continuous improvement by gathering feedback from internal users and stakeholders to refine processes and outcomes.

Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey complex ideas simply.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments.
Empathy for both end users and engineering teams, balancing needs and constraints.

Preferred Experience :
Experience working in eCommerce, search optimization, or digital merchandising is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Figma, or similar.
Understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
Exposure to search platforms (e.g., Lucidworks, Bloomreach) or product data systems is beneficial.
