About the Role :
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Truww , you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent while supporting smooth onboarding and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and source top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
- Maintain attendance records and ensure HR policy compliance.
- Support HR initiatives, policy implementation, and communication.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.Proven experience in recruitment andPreference for candidates from the interior design industry .Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
