Prior experience in luxury retail, high-end real estate, fine interiors, or hospitality is highly preferred.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline).
3–5 years of proven success in high-ticket sales, client relationship management, or luxury pre-sales.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for high-value offerings.
Mastery of multitasking across digital and offline channels, ensuring a cohesive and elevated client journey.
Key Responsibilities : Discovery & Consultative Selling :
Conduct luxury discovery calls to uncover clients’ aesthetic preferences, lifestyle aspirations, and project vision.
Deliver tailored presentations showcasing high-value offerings, leveraging storytelling and visual aids to inspire confidence.
Lead Qualification & Nurturing :
Curate and qualify leads based on budget alignment, design readiness, and project urgency, ensuring only the most promising opportunities are pursued.
Omnichannel Client Engagement :
Seamlessly transition clients between digital and in-store experiences, from virtual consultations to exclusive showroom visits.
Host private viewings and presentations for high-potential clients, creating an immersive brand experience.
CRM Excellence :
Maintain impeccable records of client interactions, preferences, and follow-ups, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Luxury Client Experience :
Elevate every touchpoint—whether a message, call, or email—to reflect the prestige and craftsmanship of Tilak Stone Arts.
Collaboration & Handover :
Partner with sales closers, designers, and project teams to ensure flawless transitions and project execution.
Order Closing & Account Management :
Independently close mid-to-high-value orders, acting as the client’s trusted advisor from initial inquiry to final delivery.
Oversee the entire client lifecycle, ensuring timely follow-ups, documentation support, and resolution of queries.
Preferred Experience : CRM Software : 4+ years (preferably in luxury or high-ticket sales).
Online & In-Store Sales : 5+ years, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
Language : English (fluency required); additional languages are a plus.
